SPEAKERS PROGRAM

The American Center for Educational Exchange (ACEE) offices are responsible for arranging a variety of speakers programs, seminars, etc. The two most commonly held program types are the American Speakers Programs and the Voluntary Speakers program. The former refers to speakers recruited in the U.S. on the basis of their expertise on a specific topic which they will make presentations on for various Chinese audiences. The latter refers to locally recruited speakers who happen to be available and who possess expertise related to some topic or issue that furthers our programming agenda. Currently, the main topics on our programming agenda those related to rule of law, trade and economic security, environment and political security.
